We are a husband and wife team who love to cook and love to travel.
Living in Sydney for 12 years enabled us to make many stopovers in Asia on our annual trips back to Pembrokeshire. This allowed us to experience authentic local food in many Asian countries. From the Middle East to Indonesia and many countries inbetween, we have tried food from street stalls to fine dining restaurants.
Over the years we have replicated these dishes at home and rarely found the authenticity offered in local restaurants. So we decided to offer them to you.
Because we dictate the banquet you eat, we have a chance to give the food the research, attention and love that it deserves.
How can a restaurant offer 50 different dishes to a customer with a 20 minute waiting time and honestly be sure they can deliver magnificent food? They can't!
